15 Minute Quick & Easy Booty Workout | Shann0nRenae

Hi there everyone, 

I just wanted to share one of my favourite circuits to complete during my weekly workout routines. This workout is based on working those bum muscles. This circuit is perfect for on-the-go mums or even people who have limited workout time, this is super easy to be squeezed in!!


Warm-Up: 50 skips } x 2, 100 easy jog
Bum Workout: 
50x skips
10x In & Out Squats
50x High Knees
10x Donkey kicks - 90 degree angle on the legs
10x Straight Donkey Kicks
Approx. 100m of running
{Whole Bum Workout x 3}
Cool Down: Approx. 500m as- 200 running, 300 walking
